Dear friends and colleagues,

After organizing 20 highly successful conferences in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery-most recently with an impressive turnout of 350 registered surgeons-we have decided to take a new and more focused approach. The evolving landscape of medical education calls for a more personalized, intensive learning experience, where surgeons can master the most advanced techniques in the shortest possible time.
With this in mind, our 2025 course will focus exclusively on facial aging surgery, offering an unparalleled hands-on experience. Rather than catering to large audiences, we are designing an elite training program for a select group of highly motivated surgeons who are eager to refine their skills at the highest level. This super-course will provide direct and close interaction with world-class instructors, ensuring every participant gains deep, practical expertise in the most effective surgical techniques.

The increasing demand for facial aging surgery is undeniable. As Europe’s population ages, patients are moving away from excessive aesthetic medicine treatments that often result in unnatural or exaggerated features. Instead, they are seeking surgical solutions that restore youth with natural and lasting results. To meet this demand, surgeons must be meticulously trained-not only to achieve excellence but also to confidently manage any complications that may arise.

A One-of-a-Kind Full Immersion Experience
Our most comprehensive course to date will follow a carefully curated three-day format:
Day 1 – Intensive cadaver dissection, where participants will replicate each operative step on specimens.
Day 2 – Live surgery in the morning, followed by in-depth lectures in the afternoon.
Day 3 – Another live surgery session in the morning, followed by an interactive “surgical speed date”, where participants will rotate through small-group discussions with faculty, sharing experiences and refining individual techniques. The course will conclude with a face-to-face discussion between faculty and attendees, fine-tuning insights and strategies.

An Exclusive Executive Retreat
This course is designed as a fully immersive experience. All participants will stay in the same luxurious lakeside hotel, enjoying shared coffee and lunch breaks, evening gatherings, and a memorable gala dinner. This setting will foster meaningful interactions, professional networking, and the exchange of invaluable knowledge in an intimate and stimulating environment.

The course will be limited to 60 participants for the full three day course with the hands-on dissection course and to another 20 participants for the three day course where they will be observers in the dissection course.
The price includes three nights in the exclusive 5 star A-Rosa Hotel where the educational course will be held, transfer to and from Verona for the dissection course, dinner on Friday 3rd October and a social dinner on Saturday 4th October, plus coffee breaks and lunches for the three days.

We can’t wait to welcome you to this groundbreaking event in the breathtaking setting of Lake Garda!

Warm regards,
